Further to the recent change of control of the Company announced on 29 July 2010 the directors hereby announce that, in accordance with its Articles the Company has changed its name to Power Capital Global Limited with immediate effect.

As a result the Company’s ticker will become PCGB effective from 7am on 23 September 2010. In addition the Company has also changed its website for the purposes of AIM Rule 26 to www.powercapitalglobal.com.
