The Company is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, its shares having been admitted to trading on AIM on the 6th June 2005.  Power Capital Global pursues opportunities to create and develop businesses, both organically and by acquisition. The current focus is on developing a natural resources trading and logistics business in China and the Asia Pacific Region.
